Gypsy Rose Ink & Piercing.
Gypsy Rose Tattoo opened it's doors on November 2, 1967 by a duo named Greg Morrow and Ryan Bellamy. Named for Greg's wife's heritage and Ryan's daughter, the parlor was slow in catching on. La Grange, Texas was a small town and tattoos were for older men, veterans of the military usually. Business remained steady and picked up in the 1990's. The parlor's reputation never wavered. The original owner retired in 2007, leaving the shop to his apprentice. However, life in La Grange wasn't kind and that owner decided to sell in 2015 after an explosion nearly closed Gypsy's doors for good. It's now a full-service tattoo parlor boasting clean lines, original art, and tattoo artists who take pride in their work, as well as a full-time piercer who's current on all the trends.

The location itself is a small building, nestled just outside of La Grange's Main Street, located almost right next door to The 44 Club. It's a long building with reception taking up the entire front of the building, with a long waiting area next to it that boasts look books from all of the artists. Tattoo stations take up almost the entire right side of the building, behind the reception desk, with open entrances and a piercing station at the end of the bank of stations on the right. On the left side of the building, right across from their stations, is a drawing station where the artist can work on their designs or conduct a consultation while drawing right on the spot. The back of the building is split into four different rooms; storage closet, a break room that holds a small kitchenette and lounge, restrooms that are cleaned every hour on the dot, and an office that is equiped with a desk, two chairs, shelves, and a bank of moniters that feed back what the cameras see. The entire place is rigged with cameras and everything is kept on a harddrive with only the owners having access.
